HOW DOES IT WORK?

It’s pretty simple! Here’s how:

Choose the frame or setting you want from our store.
Pick how many and which inclusions you'd like to add to your piece, such as breast milk, hair, or umbilical stump.
Complete your purchase.
After we receive your payment, we'll reach out to discuss how you'd like your piece to look and work together on the design of your piece.
Then, send us your inclusions. Visit the Inclusion Shipping Instructions page for more details.

6. That's it! Once we get your inclusions, we’ll create your piece within 4 weeks. After that, just wait for your beautiful piece to arrive!

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM ALL ACROSS CANADA?

Yes! We accept orders from all across Canada for a flat shipping fee of $15.

HOW MUCH OF EACH INCLUSION DO YOU NEED AND HOW DO I SEND THEM?

Head over to the Sending Your Inclusions page for all the details on how much of each inclusion we need and the best way to pack and send them safely to us. We’ll send you the shipping address once we’ve received your payment.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE CANADA?

Yes, we do! However, please message us first so we can calculate the shipping fee based on your location and the size of your order.

WILL MY BREAST MILK PIECE TURN YELLOW?

When we receive your breast milk, it goes through a special preservation process to ensure it stays in great condition. This process prevents the milk from becoming moldy or yellow over time. While the milk itself won’t turn yellow, the color and opacity of your piece may change slightly over the years. This is a natural process, as resin can change over time. We use high-quality resin with strong UV protection to minimize wear and tear as much as possible.

HOW DO YOU PRESERVE BREAST MILK?

We preserve the breast milk using two natural, hypoallergenic ingredients in small amounts.

Once the milk is preserved, it solidifies, and we grind it into a fine powder, which is then used as a pigment to create your breast milk piece.

The preservation process doesn't change the milk’s color, and breast milk remains the main ingredient used to color your piece.

DOES MY BREAST MILK PIECE COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, it does! We freeze a portion of the breast milk we receive to honor our warranty agreement. Pieces made with breast milk come with a 1-year warranty against yellowing. For more information, please check out our Terms and Conditions.

DO YOU RETURN SURPLUS INCLUSION MATERIALS THAT ARE NOT USED?

Yes, we do! We’ll send back any leftover umbilical stump, cremation ashes, and dried placenta. If you'd like us to return any other leftover inclusions, just let us know – we’d be happy to send them back to you!

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do! You can find them here. Gift cards are available for purchase from anywhere in the world, and the recipient will receive it via email. The card can be used to buy anything on our website within 1 year.
