How to mail your inclusions

We know how meaningful each inclusion is — and we want to help you feel confident and secure as you prepare to send them. Here are a few gentle reminders to keep everything safe on its way to us:
   •    Please don’t send everything you have. We recommend keeping a small portion saved with you, just in case there’s any issue during shipping.
   •    Include a note with your name, order number, and phone number inside the package — this helps us identify your inclusions as soon as they arrive.
   •    Wrap each inclusion separately to avoid mixing materials or cross-contamination.
   •    If you’re sending two or more of the same inclusion from different people (like hair from two individuals), please label them clearly.
   •    Seal all inclusions carefully so they stay protected during the journey.
   •    If you can, use a box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
   •    We also recommend getting a tracking number for peace of mind.

  • 💛 While we do everything we can to take care of your materials once they arrive, please note that we’re not responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping process.

Ready to get started? Here’s how to prepare each inclusion for shipping:

Garrafa com leite materno

Breast Milk

  • Please send 10ml of breast milk if possible.

  • If you don’t have that much, no worries — send us a message and we’ll work with whatever amount you have!

  • The milk does not need to be fresh or frozen. Even if it's no longer good for consumption, it will still work perfectly for your piece.

  • You can send it in a freezer storage bag, a small bottle, or any well-sealed container.

  • Before mailing, place the container inside a sealed Ziplock bag to protect against leaks.

A portion of the milk will be frozen to support our 1-year warranty.
You can read more on our Terms & Conditions page.

Hair/Fur

  • Please send about 5–8 cm (2–3 inches) of hair or fur if possible.

  • If the strands are shorter, that’s okay — we can still make it work!

  • If possible, tie the hair/fur with a small elastic band or cotton thread, and place it in a small bag or envelope.

  • If the strands are too short to tie, wrap them in tin foil or a piece of paper (as shown in the picture), being careful not to fold the hair, and place the foil in a small bag or envelope.

  • Do not use tape — fine strands can stick to it and may become unusable.

Umbilical Stump

Pedaços de coto umbilical em plástico
  • Please send about 1/4 teaspoon, or a piece about the size of a pea.

  • It’s normal if it crumbles when cut — you can send the crumbles too!

Pro tip: A wire cutter is usually the best tool for cutting the stump.

How to mail it:

  • Place the stump in a small sealed container or a well-closed bag.

Any portion of the stump not used will be returned to you with your piece.

Teeth

Please send the tooth (or teeth) in a small bag or envelope to keep them safe during transit.

Dentes em embalagem plástica

Dried Placenta

  • If encapsulated, send 1 capsule of dried placenta.

  • If not in capsules, place about 1/2 teaspoon in a sealed container.

Place the capsule or container inside a sealed bag or envelope before mailing.

Any remaining placenta will be returned to you with your final piece.

Cremation Ashes

  •  Please send about 1 teaspoon of ashes, if possible.

  • Place the ashes in a sealed bag or container, then place that container inside another sealed bag for extra protection during transit.

Any ashes we don’t use will be returned to you along with your finished piece.
